Services are offered under the trade name Premium Camper Broker, which is not an independent legal entity. Contracts are concluded directly with CarCamp Software Andrzej Bloch unless explicitly agreed otherwise. 4. These Terms are available free of charge on the website in a format allowing reproduction and saving. 5. Clients should review these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy prior to concluding an agreement.
2. Definitions
Definitions used herein: 1. Website — the online platform available at premiumcamperbroker.eu; 2. Client — natural person, legal person, or entity using the Website or contracting Services; 3. Consumer — natural person entering into a legal transaction not directly related to business/professional activity; 4. Sole proprietor with consumer rights — natural person concluding a contract directly related to trade activity when the contract lacks professional character for them; 5. Vehicle Seller — independent dealer, dealership, trader, or private individual offering the motorhome; 6. Service — agreed activities performed by the Service Provider as specified in individual agreements; 7. Individual Agreement — contract, order, or accepted offer defining scope, price, deadlines, and terms; 8. Digital Content — data made available on the Website (descriptions, media, forms).
3. Nature of Website and Vehicle Listings
1. The Website presents the Service Provider's activities, sample vehicles, process steps, and receives inquiries. 2. Vehicle details, descriptions, prices, and photos are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer under civil law, but an invitation to treat. 3. Submitting a form or inquiry does not constitute a purchase agreement or vehicle reservation. 4. Vehicle availability, pricing, condition, mileage, and warranty must be confirmed directly with the Vehicle Seller.
4. Scope of Services
1. Services may include: client requirement analysis, European vehicle search and selection, seller contact and history verification, VIN and document checks, technical inspections, price negotiations, transaction documentation support, transport and customs logistics, registration, financing, and delivery coordination. 2. Specific scope, fees, and responsibilities are defined in the Individual Agreement. 3. The Service Provider may engage qualified experts, inspectors, and carriers as required.
5. Role of Service Provider and Vehicle Sales Contract
1. Unless agreed otherwise, the Service Provider acts as an advisor, coordinator, or broker representing the Client's interests. 2. The vehicle sale contract is concluded directly between the Client and the Vehicle Seller, who is solely liable for vehicle ownership, conformity, and warranty. 3. The Service Provider does not become the owner or seller of the vehicle by listing it on the Website or facilitating negotiations.
6. Conclusion of Service Agreement
1. Agreements may be concluded in written, document, or electronic form (including email confirmation or offer acceptance). 2. Prior to agreement conclusion, the Client receives essential details regarding service scope, fees, payment methods, and schedules. 3. The Service Provider may condition commencement upon agreement execution, required documentation, or advance fee payment.
7. Prices, Payments, and Additional Costs
1. Remuneration is established individually and set forth in the offer or Individual Agreement. 2. Consumer pricing is indicated as gross amounts. Third-party costs (inspections, transit plates, transport, translation, official fees) are borne by the Client as agreed. 3. Vehicle purchase price payments must be transferred directly to the seller's designated account.
8. Client Obligations
1. The Client shall specify criteria accurately, examine provided inspection reports, independently approve vehicle purchase terms, provide necessary documents promptly, and ensure proper driving license category eligibility for the vehicle's GVWR. 2. The Client must disclose any circumstances affecting vehicle registration or financing.
9. Inspections, Reports, and Liability
1. Inspection scope is defined by the Individual Agreement. Audits reduce transaction risks but cannot guarantee detection of all hidden or concealed defects. 2. Reports reflect condition at the time and scope of inspection. 3. The Service Provider exercises professional diligence in analyzing third-party information but is not liable for undetected fraudulent disclosures by third-party sellers.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts)
1. Consumers and qualifying sole proprietors may withdraw from distance contracts within 14 days without giving reasons by emailing biuro@premiumcamperbroker.eu. 2. If performance started upon the Client's explicit request during the withdrawal window, the Client pays proportionally for services performed until withdrawal. 3. The right of withdrawal lapses upon full performance of paid services initiated with the Client's prior express consent.
11. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the Website or brokerage services can be sent to biuro@premiumcamperbroker.eu or by mail to CarCamp Software Andrzej Bloch, ul. Głowackiego 17, 70-238 Szczecin, Poland. 2. Consumer complaints are resolved within 14 days. 3. Complaints concerning the vehicle itself must be directed to the Vehicle Seller.
12. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers may utilize out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms via consumer ombudsmen or trade inspection bodies (details at uokik.gov.pl).
13. Technical Requirements and Electronic Services
1. Website usage requires an internet-connected device, modern browser, and enabled necessary website technologies. 2. Unlawful content submission, reverse-engineering, and disruption of website operation are prohibited.
14. Newsletter and Marketing
Subscription to marketing communications is voluntary and can be cancelled at any time via the unsubscribe link or email contact.
15. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, layouts, logos, texts, and graphics belong to the Service Provider or licensed partners and are legally protected.
16. Personal Data and Cookies

17. Final Provisions
1. Agreements are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections. 2. Amendments to these Terms do not infringe upon acquired rights from previously concluded agreements.
